Father/Son Time

Some sweet Daddy/son time from the last couple of months:

 

One of my favorite things is when Benny sends sweet pictures to me while I'm at work.  These sweet faces can bring light and perspective to even the busiest of nights in labor and delivery!!

Starting solids!

Alex started solids at the end of February!  He wasn't super crazy about the whole grain rice cereal at first, but has done great with everything we've tried since then!  Such a blessing!!

Cru Leadership Dinner

We invited the leadership team from Campus Crusade over for dinner one evening.  BC Cru is completely student led, so these amazing students are an incredible group!  I'm pretty sure Andrew thought they were just over to see him!

"Cooking"

I saw this idea on pinterest...I put different dry items from the pantry (oatmeal, rice, dry beans, etc) into a muffin tin and then gave Andrew saucepans, bowls and spoons and encouraged him to "cook" something for me!  He kept it pretty tame for a little while, but then ended up making an absolute mess!  He definitely had lots of fun though!

 

Valentine's Day Baking

My sweet husband initiated a fun after dinner activity for Valentine's Day...baking devil's food cupcakes!!  As you can see, Andrew was eager to help!
